Websites for electricians · Charlotte, NC

Electrician websites that keep the phone ringing.

Homeowners searching for an electrician usually want one of two things: someone who can come today, or a fair price on a bigger job like a panel upgrade or EV charger. Your website should make both obvious in the first five seconds.

What an electrician site needs

  • ✓24/7 emergency banner with tap-to-call
  • ✓Separate pages for panel upgrades, EV chargers, generators, lighting and repairs
  • ✓License number and insurance shown site-wide
  • ✓Instant price-range estimator for common jobs
  • ✓Multi-step quote form that sends leads to your phone
  • ✓Service-area pages for the towns you cover
The problem

Where most electrician websites fall short.

Emergency calls go to whoever answers first

“Electrician near me” searches spike when something is sparking or the power is out. If your number isn't big, tappable and above the fold on mobile, that call goes to the next listing.

Big-ticket jobs need trust before the call

A $3,000 panel upgrade or a $12,000 generator is a considered purchase. License number, insurance, reviews and clear photos of past work do the convincing.

One “Services” page can't rank for everything

Panel upgrades, EV chargers, generators and rewiring are separate searches. Each one needs its own page to have a real shot at ranking.

What you should rank for

Built around real searches, not guesses.

Before designing anything, I research what customers in your area actually type into Google. Each high-value search gets matched to a page written for it. These are typical examples for electricians; your list is built from your services and towns.

Questions I hear from electricians

Common questions.

Do electricians really need a separate page for each service?
For the services you want more of, yes. Someone searching “EV charger installation Charlotte” is looking for a page about exactly that. A dedicated page with real details (charger brands, typical price range, permit info) gives Google and the customer what they're looking for.
Should I show prices on my website?
Typical ranges, yes. People are going to compare prices anyway. Showing an honest range for common jobs filters out bad-fit leads and builds trust with good ones. The estimator in the demo below is an example.
Can the site handle commercial and residential work?
Yes. I usually split them into two clear paths so a property manager and a homeowner each land on content written for them.
